In a press release today, Phone.com and VoodooVox annouced that they reached an agreement that will make the VoodooVox caller analytics platform available to the entire Phone.com customer base. This means that Phone.com customers will now have services and benefits that were previously only available to large call centers.
“The phone is the most important tool for all small businesses and the Voodoovox Caller Analytics platform allows our customers to learn from their callers, not just listen to them,” said Ari Rabban, CEO and Co-founder of Phone.com. “This service will allow our customers to glean new insight from their call volume in a similar manner to which Google Analytics provides valuable insight into web visitors.”
VoodooVox will be able to provide multiple activity reports on phone traffic, along with detailed demographic information on individual callers, such as household information, email addresses, Facebook profiles, and much more – thanks to it’s large demographic database containing 250 million phone numbers.
This provides a whole new level of reporting and analytics information soon to be available to Phone.com customers.
