Freshcaller Plans

Freshcaller is a software that is tailored to the needs and desires of each business. No iteration of Freshcaller will function and behave exactly the same. As such, its price is generally only available upon request.

Normally, you’d have to contact the company to set up a quote-based plan that suits your needs. However, Freshcaller has general pricing options and guidelines available to give you a reasonable estimate.

Plan Information

There exists three plan options: a free plan called Sprout, and two paid plans; Blossom and Garden. Blossom costs around $25 per user per month, plus per minute call rates. Garden costs nearly double at around $49 per user per month. There are no per minute call rate costs for the Garden plan.

Get unlimited inbound and outbound calling to the US, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, France, Ireland, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom. An unlimited extension includes unlimited worldwide network calls with any 8×8 customer, business-class voicemail and a unique direct inbound dial (DID) telephone number. Calls to mobile phones, premium, special, and information service numbers are not included in the unlimited international destinations.

Blossom will cost your business an additional $0.016 per minute for incoming calls received via browser, and $0.028 per minute if received by phone. In addition. Outgoing calls cost anywhere from $0.022 to $0.0120, depending on the duration of the call and how it was made.

In addition, additional charges to exist and apply for some of their premium features, such as call recording ($0.003 / min.), call intervention of supervisors/managers ($0.005 / min.), and the addition of team members in conference calls ($0.005 /min.).
