No contracts – Unlike other business VoIP plans, magicJack for Business won’t tie you to any annual contract. Their plans are offered on a month-to-month rate, and you can cancel anytime you want.

Flat rate plan – Because plans come at a flat monthly rate, businesses can say goodbye to confusing phone bills and other add-on fees. Customers can expect clear and predictable billing.


Mobile app not offered in the Home and Office plan – Since the mobile app is not included in the base plan (and is currently listed under the Premium plan), users won’t be able to take their phone service with them. This can be inconvenient for small businesses and remote workers.

Base plan lacks some standard phone features – Features such as call logs and auto attendant are offered by most VoIP providers as a standard features. However, magicJack does not provide these in their base Home and Office plan, and are currently available only under the Premium plan.
